3 cups cooked turkey, cut into bite-size pieces1 cup prepared stuffing1 cup mashed potatoes1 cup leftover gravy2 quarts turkey broth1 large onion, chopped1/4 cup self-rising flour10 (10 inch) flour tortillas1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese3 pickled jalapeno peppers, sliced3 tablespoons pickled jalapeno pepper juicesalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon dried parsleyIn a large pot, combine turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, broth, and onion.
