Job Description

We are looking for Branch Accounts Manager

JOB SPECIFICATION:    

Handling branch AccountsHandling finance activitiesInteraction with Sales tax dept in related with sales tax activities (monthly return, C form, F form, etc..)Coordination with commercial teamBranch to Branch reconciliation and regular confirmation of balance with all the branches.Preparation of Local invoice on daily basis,Regular follow-ups and updating on receivable,Negotiations with transporter for delivery the material at customer point.Reconciliation with different banks on daily basis ,Sending payments reminder letter to debtors on over due payments,Inventory verification on regular basis,Preparation of Indent, Interaction with sales Team, Credit note issues and other related quarries,Preparation of Profit and loss account on monthly basis.Good Communication
