Margining systems , settlement,sound knowledge on fundamental analysis of company viz , financial analysis , valuation,Trading strategies on options,working knowledge on tax laws , corporate & Secutituies Laws,Computational any analytical skill.

Should prepare monthly budget , P & L up to finalization , Audit , MIS report , banking documentation , CMA. He should identify best means of corporate finance. Should have knowledge of income tax , sales tax & corporate tax. He will be responsible for overall working of accounts department.

Should be well experienced with the above mentioned field , should be confident enough independently handle the given responsibility , should be able to manage cash , should be having knowledge of administration , should be able to directly interact with clients and get maximum benefit for the company.  The candidate should be expert in making systems and should have knowledge of Cost Accountancy.Experience in construction / real estate industry is essential.
