Job Description

At present we have some urgent & critical requirements with our Insurance Client.

REQUIREMENT::: POSITION::: Corporate Agency Manager (Bancassurance Channel for HDFC Bank)

LOCATION::  Delhi -NCR

PACKAGE::::  3.75 Lacs Max, + reimbursement + incentives

Broad Responsibilities:
? To achieve sales targets from assigned channel partner branches with the help of Branch Managers and Specified persons of the channel partner.
? To create / maintain excellent relationships with the assigned branches and with the specified persons.
? To manage the recruitment, training development and retention of a team of specified persons.
? To drive and motivate the channel partners sales team
? Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes
? Co-ordinate the proposal to policy conversion process
? To positively promote the Company, its mission and core  values
? To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

Support Responsibilities::::
* Motivate by providing support, recognizing good performers and arranging appropriate team-building activities.
* Develop sales team in the furtherance of Company objectives.
* Review sales team performance against target and identify training needs.
* Ensure team work in accordance with Company standards, the regulation and ethics and maintain licensed status.
* Work with Manager of Managers to establish realistic yet challenging target.
* Complete regular and ad hoc reports promptly.
* Schedule regular performance reviews.
* Make necessary decisions based on team performance.
* Plan recruitment activities to maintain manpower levels.
* Ensure service levels agreed are delivered.
* Provide management with competitor information.
* Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary.
* Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship.
* Attend training and keep abreast of product and service developments.
* Keep up-to-date with market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales process and legislation and disseminate to team.

Desired Skills:::::

* Graduate/ MBA with 1+ to 5 Years experience in sales and marketing.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Leading a sales team for a retail financial services product (such as life insurance, general insurance, bank liabilities, credit cards, retail loans).
* Good analytical skills.
* Excellent professional track record.
* Knowledge of the market place.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
