Job Description

·         Full cycle management of the recruitment process for all permanent technology roles including sourcing, screening, feedback gathering, reference checks and negotiation of offers;

·         Attract, source and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing;

·         Recruit contract and direct hire candidates through job postings, database searches, internet search engines, networking, referrals and cold calling

·         Source, screen, test, interview, close candidates; negotiate compensation, conduct reference checks, and extend offers

·         Work closely with account managers to assess job openings, qualify job details, represent candidates and manage the interview/offer process

·         Provide follow up with candidates to build meaningful and productive relationships

·         Follow recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in applicant tracking system

·         Must be able to multitask and stay organized and work on a high volume of job requisitions simultaneously

·         Must be able to work independently, have a positive outlook and excellent work ethic which includes being willing to recruit after hours when needed

·         Taking interviews of prospective candidates and educate candidates on IOTAP’s process

·         Prepare and analyze a variety of Recruitment reports and make recommendations when appropriate;

·         Stay abreast of developing market conditions and trends;

·         Represent IOTAP at various in-house events, career fairs and conferences.

·         Negotiate compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.

·         Submit qualified candidates to open positions / job requirements.

·         Co-ordinating and scheduling the interview process with the Hiring manager

·         Co-ordinating with HR-Administration department for smooth on-boarding of IT consultants.

·         Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.

·         Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.

US STAFFING AND RECRUITMENT

·         Responsible for US IT Recruitment and Staffing (Contract / Full Time/ Contract to hire) analysis and process of recruitment.

·         Comfortable in talking to US candidates.

·         Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks with minimum Turn-Around-Time.

·         Should be good in sourcing profiles from various portals like Dice, Monster, Corp-to-Corp and CareerBuilder.

·         Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EAD’s, Green card holders and H1B Consultants.

·         Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with W2, Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions

·         Knowledge about Visa Types ( H1, Green Card, EAD , U.S Citizen , TN Visa)

·         Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients

·         Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently, which reflects in the quality of resources.

·         Proven ability to source and recruit technical candidates from non-traditional sources, as well as strong       e-recruitment searching skills;

·         Strong attention to detail, including the ability to synthesize information and make data based decisions;

·         Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
