6. Per day 10 schools to be covered, 20 address to be covered during Door to Door Process
7. Take leave with prior information
8. Identify Agents / Teachers/ Lecturer as key persons for admissions
9. Identify guarantee admissions from each school/ college in your I visit
10. With the help of these admission try to mobilize others in your II visit
11. Maintain daily report properly, submit the accurate data in the meeting
12. Identify potential / paying capacity parents
13. Don’t collect Govt school address
14. Try to spread Nalanda brand name in village/ Town through different sources
15. Divide parents into following groups
1. Potential
2. Interested to join in the Hostel
3. Merit students
16. Area :- 1) Identify the schools with reasonable fee structure
2. Cover all the houses with our pamphlets surrounding the potential schools
3. Distribute the pamphlets to business people, VIP’s and employees of that area.
4. Maintain good relationship with key teachers and HM’s / Principals
17. After conducting talent test list out the toppers and make regular followup.
