To be responsible for conceptualizing and deploying niche business solutions in IT Infrastructure sector, leveraging all existing internal expertise/experience, develop GTM strategies; To play a key role in raising profile of the organisation in the sub-vertical and ensuring that revenue targets can be achieved; To create a long term sustainable strategy for Birlasoft to be a leader in IT Infrastructure Sector.
- Segment Strategy, segment Action plan and initiatives
- Solutions approach
- Partnering with Sales and Delivery
- Develop and deploy Training collateral
- Developing good working relationship with Analyst community
- Creating partnerships with other product vendors
- Representing Birla soft in IT Infrastructure Services forum
Sales & Proposal Management:
Support the Sales teams in engagement pursuits: developing project objectives, scope, approach, time-line. Identifies follow work and able to lead proposal development for follow-on work.
Oversees solution delivery:
Assists in securing new and follow-on work. Sets project timeline. Manage project risks.
Knowledge Management:
Responsible for managing the use and collection of intellectual capital throughout the engagement.
People Management:
Invest time in the professional development of other consultants and act as mentor.
Relationship Management:
Establishes relationships with client executives (at CxO level) and be recognized as an expert in their field.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good understanding of designing Infrastructure & Application solutions
- Exp. In Cloud Computing Architecture deliverables, Server Support Operations, Data Centres
- Managing P&L and should have good exp. in client solutioning and gap analysis (consulting)
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
