JD for SAP Policy Management / SAP IS Insurance(Functional Consultant)
The candidate should have the following expertise and skills in Insurance Industry:

Strong domain experience in insurance industry of minimum 3 years with SAP IS Insurance experience is desired. Knowledge of SAP FI-CO and treasury is an added advantage.

The candidate should have adequate knowledge on general Policy Management, claims processing, Reinsurance, and Billing & Collections in insurance companies.

The consultant should have knowledge in Life, Property & casualty (P&C) insurance, Health Insurance.

Exposure in the following segment is must and expertise in Policy Management & Claims Management processes of the following areas.
Automobile (P&C)
Home contents (P&C)
Liability (P&C)
Accident (P&C)
Private health insurance
Compulsory health insurance
Private care insurance
?Compulsory care insurance

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the following Transactions:
New Business, Renewals (Manual and Automatic), Endorsements, Cancellations, Reinstatements,

Non-Renewals, Audits and Inquiries.

Desired Skills:
Configuration knowledge of SAP Insurance in Policy Management or any other Insurance area is preferred.
Certification in Actuarial Science from IIIA is desired.
Candidate should have experience is gathering requirements from Customers and preparing functional specifications.
Candidate should have good communication skills (business communication skills).

Skills : SAP Business Object Consultant

The SAP Business Objects Information Management Solutions Architect is responsible for

designing and leading the overall strategic and tactical data migration initiatives, data cleansing

initiatives and data profiling initiatives as well as data warehouse design, modeling and

implementation for our customers. An SBO Information Management Architect will have

extensive knowledge and experience within the SAP Business Objects product suite and a

thorough understanding of SAP integration points. This position requires strong interpersonal

skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand the specific

Enterprise Information management needs and be able to translate those requirements into a

Comprehensive solution. An SBO IM Solution Architects must be able to lead and provide

Guidance to other teams members to ensure overall delivery of customer specific solution

Implementations.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Recent experience installing and configuring Business Objects Information

Management Suite

• Experience in Data Migration methodologies, specifically around legacy to SAP

migration

• Experience in Data Warehousing projects

• Experience in modeling Data warehouses (physical and logical)

• Experience to write scripts and complex SQL statements

• Experience in performance tuning of ETL and data models

• Knowledge of the Oracle RDBMS, Teradata, DB2, and or SQL server

• Experience in IM Architecture, Data Migrations, Data Profiling and Data quality

• Experience with Business Objects Data Services, Data Integration and Data Quality

Management

• • Experience in a similar role (must have proven consulting and client facing experience)

• Business Objects certifications – data services (highly desirable)

• Ability to understand and implement different project and development life cycle

methodologies

• Experience with other ETL tools (desirable)

• Experience in Business Analysis

• Experience in preparing technical documents

EDUCATION
MCA / B.Tech/ B.E/ MSc/ M tech

Experience:

3 to 10 years of total Experience in which 3 yrs of relevant exp in SAP Business object and handson exposure to BPC / BO Data Services.

1. SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC)

3. SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (Cartesis)

A Consultant gathers requirements, analyzes the client(s) business processes and installs/configures the SAP solution to support the business processes

The consultant is required to contribute to the following primary activities of SAP implementation.
• Design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Training
• Data Migration
• Documentation
• Post Implementation Support

In addition, the consultant is required to provide product and business related
expertise to support the following activities.
• Customer Demos
• Proof of Concept building
• Product testing and validation
