Job Description
1. Looking After All the Business Activities, Revenue Target Achievement & Business Analysis.
2. Responsible for target achievement.
3. To calculate net expenses & man hour for each showroom.
4. To do Daily MIS for target achieved, short fall, surplus.
5. To look after advertisement, promotion and scheme to be work out.
6. To Maintain Walk in report, customer purchased etc.
7. Allocation of target and to get/boost for achievement.
8. Follow up to get done and generation of enquiries.
9. Keep Customer database updated, track on Customer Feedback/complaints and their redresses.
10. Looking After All Admin Operations
11. Responsible for making Duty rotation of each showroom and weekly off / leave management.
12. Responsible for Manpower planning and manpower utilization.
13. To maintain hygiene & cleanliness at floor.
14. To maintain proper Display Matrix,
15. Responsible for Inventory management, stock verification and All Operational Activities.
16. Responsible for maintaining grooming standards at floor.
17. Arrangement of product training, soft skill, sales training for that training calendar to prepare.
18. To calculate incentive structure for each showroom.
19. Stationary requirement to get fulfilled by Admin dept.
20. Coordination with Business Manager for smoothning of retail functions.
