Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of CoP PB's - Train & retain the agents. Should be able to supervise & lead a team/stimulate exemplary performance from team members
- Ensure that each Personal Banker meets the defined objectives of the Classic on Phone Portfolio i.e STP / IPH / CTG / Income
- To ensure revenue generation through cross selling of the banks products.
- To meet productivity measure in terms of
- Team building and motivation.
- Manage the day to day operations of the team as per defined processes and ensure compliance to audit guidelines.
- To effectively utilize MIS to draw trends for each PB, in order to have continuous improvement across all parameters and for reporting to UH/ Central team
- Ensure, the Personal Banker is engaging with all his customers regularly and in a proper manner by monitoring the PBs calls, review of Emars and VOC calls.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Others or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
