Job Description
Person will be a part of the Finance team.
2. Financial transaction initiation, accounting, recording accurately and appropriately for Altisource
Corporate and support segments.
3. Monthly closing entries, monthly expense accruals, expense and overhead allocations and variance
analysis and Bal Sheet and P&L recons.
4. Variance analysis, trend and commentaries on the Business results and support consolidations.
5. Preparation of Audit Schedules and Interfacing with the auditors during the statutory audit process.
6. Facilitating the internal audit/SOX cycles and providing information and support.
7. Actively participate in compilation of Form 10Q and 10K
8. We need a candidate with 2-4 years or post qualification experience in closing and reporting
activities.
9. Support requestors with providing the right, timely and reliable information and details.
