Job Description
3 - 5 yrs of relevant experience in Solution Design, Implementation/Customization of CA Service Management Products like on CA Unicenter Service Desk Manager, Knowledge Tools 6.0, r11.2, r12.1, CA CMDB r11.2, r12.1, CA Workflow 1.0, 1.1.x, CA Business Intelligence Web Reporting, CA IT Client Manager \ IT Asset Manager with development background of HTMPL, SPEL, Java, Web Services, Experience on integrations with various CA and Non CA Products and relevant CA certifications.
Relevant CA certifications/accreditations will be an added advantage.
