Jaime Pressly has been arrested in Santa Monica for allegedly driving under the influence.

The co-star of My Name is Earl was stopped for a traffic violation late Wednesday night and booked on suspicion of DUI.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's website says the 33-year-old spent the night in jail and was released Thursday.
