Job Description
SandMartin is looking to expand its operations in UK Accounting Process and requires Experienced & Self motivated Chartered Accountants, CPAs, ACCAs, Graduates with at least 4 to 5 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of UK Account experience with good working knowledge of UK GAAP, VAT, PAYE.
Principal Responsibilities
Complete team managementHandling portfolio of clients (Accounting Firms in UK) and acting as a point of contactReview all deliverables prior to their delivery to clients to ensure a high level of quality of servicePrioritise workload in accordance with service level targetsProvide technical assistance to process associates in the teamRegularly review sevice level achievements and actively promote procedural improvements where appropriateCoordinate with all parties to ensure the smooth functioning of processesGenerally seeking to be proactive and add value to its clientsBehavioural Skills
Ability to work in a team and with different personalitiesAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesGood English Communication skills (written and verbal both)Good telephone etiquetteStrong decision making skills with good eye for detailProactiveFlexibility to work outside normal business hours where required.Technical Skills
