Job Description
Certified Black Belt.
Minimum 3 years experience in the BPO industry in the Quality organization / function.
Experience in the F&A domain.
People management responsibilities..... manage a team of black belts (Quality Managers).
Identify improvement opportunities alongwith the respective process heads and facilitate launch of projects around those opportunities
Meet financial saving targets through deployment of Six Sigma and Lean.
Mentor Black Belts and Green Belts.
Review and ensure rigor in all Six Sigma & Lean projects
